Dear yash,

 

[ 1 ] Yes you can assist her.

[ 2 ] You can get whole supari [ not a supari cut into pieces ] at

quite a few Indian stores. At least I used to get whole as well as

cut supari in all the towns I stayed in the UK both as a student and

as a teacher.
