Guest guest
Dear Respected Priya Ji, My sleep also is not so great. The upaya you mention below for Meena is one you suggested to me some time back except there are minor variations. This is why I write now for clarification. Please kindly advise if it is better for the saunf pouch is best placed under my pillow. Mine is under the bed, not the pillow. Second, the water I place beside the bed I usually put in a blue cup which sits on a blue dish. Would it be better to use a brass container as you recommend here? Thank you again for your generous and dedicated service to us all. May God bless you. Guest guest
Dear Jivani, [ 1 ] Yes it would be better if you keep the Saunf pouch under your pillow. [ 2 ] Dear dear me, using a blue colored container would have made things even worse. Blue is Rahu and keeping water [ moon ] in a blue cup would amount to making Rahu arrest the moon. And the result would be that the moon will be further depressed and lead to more sleepless nights. Change the container. Keep the water in in a brass container if possible. Sincerely, Priya , jivani <jivanimark wrote: > > Dear Respected Priya Ji, > > My sleep also is not so great. Guest guest
Dear Respected Priya Ji, You have likely explained why sleep has gotten so much worse and nothing I do seems to help. In switching to a brass container is this considered a new upaya? The same with moving the saunf pouch? That is to say, is it best to wait some days between each change and also wait some days before beginning other new upaya? Thank you sincerely. I assume continuing the eclipsed moon upaya could also help to rectify the mistake I made. Oh dear. Sincerely, Jivani --- < wrote: > Dear Jivani, > > [ 1 ] Yes it would be better if you keep the Saunf > pouch under your > pillow. > [ 2 ] Dear dear me, using a blue colored container > would have made > things even worse. Guest guest
Dear Jivani, Switching to brass bowl or keeping the saunf under the pillow will not be considered as new upaya. They will be considered as continuation of the old upaya. Therefore you can switch over at your convenience. Yes the Lunar eclipse upaya will also help. Sincerely, Priya , jivani <jivanimark wrote: > > Dear Respected Priya Ji, > > You have likely explained why sleep has gotten so much > worse and nothing I do seems to help. Guest guest
Dear Priya, Thank you very much for that clarification. I did have blue bed sheets and was consistently finding myself tired and sleepy when I went to bed, then immediately lose all fatigue as soon as I lay down. Now I understand what was happening. I am most grateful for your assistance. Sincerely, Jivani --- < wrote: > Dear Jivani, > > Yes, the blue is the colour of Rahu and should be > avoided as > bedsheets etc because Rahu can disturb the sleep. > > Sincerely, > > Priya > , jivani > <jivanimark > wrote: > > > > Dear Priya, > > > > Thank you for your reply. > > > > Would it also be better to not use blue colored > bed > > sheets or pillow slip covers? > > > > Sincerely, > > > > Jivani > > > > --- < > > wrote: > > > > > Dear Jivani, > > > > > > Switching to brass bowl or keeping the saunf > under > > > the pillow will > > > not be considered as new upaya.
