Dear deepa ji,

 

[ 1 ] If he can, then he should feed sabut moong to a bakari at

least once a week if not every day. As for feeding the birds, he can

do every day.

[ 2 ] Mars and the jupiter are well placed in the 9th. They have to

be kept appeased so that they do not turn malefic. For that he can:

[ a ] Worship Lord Hanuman every day.

[ b ] Apply Haldi tilak every day either between his eye brows or

just above his navel [ nabhi ]

[ c ] Be caring and loving towards his brothers and respectful to

his father and other elders.

 

It is the Mercury here which needs to be taken care of. Quite a few

upaya have already been suggested for it.
