Guest guest
Dear Ruchiqa, Yes, you can do it at night also along with at least once during the day time. Sincerely, Priya , " ruchiqa " <ruchiqa wrote: > > Dear Priyaji, > > Sadar Pranaam. > > I wanted clarity on an upaya you suggested sometime back for me. You had advised me to apply fresh curd on my face for 10- 15 mins daily before my bath and to wash it since I am having skin problems. I want to know if I can do this at night or not. Since I am working, it gets difficult to do it in the mornings. Should I do it twice daily or once is ok. > > Please guide me on this. > Thanks > Ruchiqa >
