Mark-

Thank you so much. All your newsletters sound fabulous and great learning tools for me! I excited to read them all.

 

An FAQ is a summary of Frequently Asked Questions. Mostly common questions people have when they first join the group and have been asked several times before. Obviously doesn't work with a newsletter, but does work for the groups. One thing is that I am interested in books, which are the best etc. I figure that has been asked many times before and instead of having it posted again, if there was an FAQ I would just go and look that that and find the answer.

This is an Introduction to a new Astrology Newsletter Called...

 

Nature's Astrology: Star Reports

 

 

This Astrology Report, or Horoscope is based on

the Eastern branch of Astrology called Jyotish,

or Vedic Astrology...

which means the Science of Light.

 

 

Each day, the Sun and Moon and all the Planets of our

Solar System are moving around.

 

 

 

Many of us have had days, whether at work or at home,

where we say: 'What's going on today?

It feels like something's up, in the air.'

 

Modern Western, Daily Horoscope Readings...

as found in many of our major Newspapers,

are based on the Study of the Effects of the Stars,

upon Human Life.

 

These daily occurances, called...

'Transits'....

are all about

the Sun and Moon & Planets as they are found moving, or

transiting.....

through the different areas of the sky within our Solar System.

 

Studying How These Transits, influence us on the Earth,

is an ancient aspect of Astrology.

 

The 'Transits' are one of Three Primary aspects

of Eastern Astrology which all together help's us

understand the 'Astrological Forces' alive, within us.

 

In addition to the Transits,

there are two other major areas of Astrology

which we will also at times,

compare to the Transits.

Thanks for the reply. That daily newsletter sounds exactly like what I am looking for! How wonderful! Please sign me up for that. Also do you have FAQ's for either? I am looking for good reference books that are good for a beginner but someone who is a quick study. I have found one or two, but know that this is a subject that has been discussed and written about for so long that it makes it tough to find the good stuff vs. the fluffy stuff.

 

Thanks again for your help and your communication. I look forward to reading the newsletters! Also, I have a friend who is interested in the daily newsletter as well, how can she to it?

Mark-

Thank you for the welcome! I don't have much background in astrology, but I am working to change that. I have been receiving Reiki treatments and through that I have discovered that I am sensitive to the energy around me, as well as the planets around me. Therefore, that has made me very interested in studying astrology and I want to be able to truly understanding how the planets affect every day life. I also have always been interested in eastern ideas about the world around us, so trying to find information about both is definitely a bonus to me.

 

I have been looking around the for some sort of group that would help me wet my toes so to speak, and have read some of the astrolife group and saw you make a comment in that group and you linked to this group, so I am here to try it out and see what I can learn and how I can grow from the community.

Already, I'm seeing a lot of activity and enthuiasm for this new

group.

 

The way I've been experiencing it, Astrology truely, exists, out

there, somewhere, in Nature, in real life. Watching the Daily

transits, now, for over 16 years, has shown me that there is a

true, Astrology, alive and full of incredible wisdom.

 

As far as both Western & Eastern, goes, I think they're both

important and great Astrologys, but I think there's a great need,

today for a kind of synthesis of both.

 

Nature's Astrology, is my attempt at finding a common ground,

where we can find the best of West & East.

 

And perhaps, we can help in inspiring a future day where a new,

truely modern Science of Astrology can emerge.
