It is actually Jagannatha Hora and its developed by P.V.R.Narasimha Rao, and you can go to his site at VedicAstrologer.org where you can find the free downloads. Its the Sri Jagannatha Center site I believe. He is closely associated with Sanjay Rath. You might see if Ernst Wilhelm has a free download of his Kala software. I believe his site is vedic astrology.net - you can also find it doing a search for Jyotish Academy.
