Moon moves into Capricorn today. And though the Moon in Capricorn is not quite as sweet, pure and spiritual as Sagittarius, however, this Month & Year, there are less malefic influences so you might notice, that in terms of more positivity.

Capicorn is especially about Achievement, and Ambitiousness, so enjoy focusing on 'your' ambitions and goals for this up-coming year!

Remember this Year's New Year....began on April 13th....2004, and we're now moving through the end of the Sun's Exaltation in Aries.... which is a much better way to start a New Year.... then January 1st...

which really falls in the middle of Winter!

Moon's also still Waning,.... and now, reaches 1/2 Full, empty, Waning... so

you'll probably notice a more relaxed quality, and learning to 'go with it', allows us to be much more powerful then not understanding the basic, 'backdrop' of energy that the Transits represent.

I love this quote because it not only puts into wonderful words,

the great benefits of meditation....

but...

it also seems to touch on another experience I've had....

with Jyotish.

The more and more I've discovered....through balancing of Astrological energies,...

ie the Sun, Moon, Mars, Saturn, Rahu & Ket....for example....

then, the more inner....glory seems to pop up!

The key to Jyotish/Astrology....

is mastery over the inner planets....

and as a result....mastery over the outer....world...!

Dear Mark, As usual, your star reports have been a wonderful analysis of the past two days.

On Thursday, as you mentioned, there were a lot of examples of the intensity

of Moon in Scorpio! The righteous anger, the passionate dialogues (There was a Union

dispute .......around work...) it was almost as if my co-workers and I were acting out your

predictions!

It's great to have your daily reports.

Even while I felt the intensity, I could almost 'step out of myself',

and observe myself reacting to those influences, as if I was observing a specimen

under the microscope. Very cool.

And then the 'upsetness' you talked about in today's report was right on, too.

Yes, it seems as if the foolhardiness of Mars and the intense desires of Rahu

were pulling me in one direction whereas the typical delays of Saturn

were pulling in the other direction.

It is not all bad, of course.

My goal today is to transform my thinking into considering the courage of Mars...

and the tenacity of Rahu....working with the patience of Saturn.

the smaller files if possible.

I'm very pleased that you're not only having these clear experiences but your words,

also express how more positively we can react to them,

and even later, begin to transform their so-called maleficnesses....

into more positive...experiences.

Well done!

Theoretically, now....

We can learn to identify the different 'flavors' of each day's Transits,....

and then, once, identified....

If Benefic, we can take maximum advantage of 'those' more natural moments...

and if 'Malefic', we can begin to take a less combative, more harmonious stance.

It's occured to me that the Benefic periods, are ones to flow vividly in...

and the Malefic periods are more..... periods that we can use to be slightly more careful,

conservative, ....

even..... rejuvenative, or healing are good ways of understanding how we can take advantage

of these so-called Malefic periods.... "

" Mark, I've dubbed, the 'Practical Astrologer'.

I've had charts done before that focused on my natal chart, or maybe transits, but I didn't feel like I had the whole picture. The information I got didn't exactly fit my experience. I started reading Mark's star reports and his descriptions of the impact of chart, transits and dasas. All three must be considered to get an accurate picture. I decided that I needed a reading that would focus on all three as they relate to many aspects in my life. The information that Mark gave me, the questions that he asked in order to clarify what he saw in the chart/transits/dasas, the experience of moving through these areas....all I can say is that I wish I had done this sooner. The chart reading is like an overview of your life, while the " 3 point reading " is a thesis on one aspect of your life. I'd whole heartily, recommend it! "
