Moon Moves to 15th degree of Aries, today....

Dear Friends:

Moon continues through Aries, today. Now, at 15 degrees, the strongest part of Aries, will be experienced which is good for getting things done.

Only the Moon's almost completely Nil, New, so pay attention to how you feel, and whether you need extra rest at this time.

Sun's at 3 degrees in Taurus, so Moon's less then 30 degrees away from being completely, small.

Rest today, and Tuesday. End of the Waning Moon Cycle...

Resist the tendency to strain.

Find any excuse to listen to the body, and be more easy.

PS...

Mars is now at 12 degrees & Saturn's at 16 degrees Gemini....

so watch that tendency too, as we talked about yesterday....

Dear Sam: It's a very good question, and one that's also very important because Jupiter is such an important

Planet for all of us.

Jupiter represents all progress and prosperity, and my Star Report yesterday was a response to the fact,

that right now, Jupiter's moving back into an interesting, kind of 'dilema' with Rahu & Saturn.

I wanted to describe, this recent 4 years of tension between Jupiter & Saturn as well as when, things should really improve.

However, there's another point I'd like to say today.

And that is, that there's another slightly different way of thinking of these kinds of times.

Saturn may be having a strong influence upon Jupiter since 1999, and till 2005, but that doesn't mean we have to

just stay at home and 'take it'.

Saturn mostly represents the need, and quality of acting more in-tune with the Inward, and silent aspects of life.

And when we're doing that, then, the Saturn 'spaces', dasas & transits, do not have to be rough,

but can be quite wonderful!

The key, however, is learning to be more in-tune with the positive, benefic sides of Saturn or any planet.

This is an extrordinary thought, because it's so often thought to be

so difficult to change our negative or unwanted thoughts or patterns.

There is however this fabulous understanding from Vedic Wisdom that

says....the source of all our Ignorance and Sufferings, in life;

is due to mistaken thought patterns.

The Maharishi even has said: " Where we have our (mistakes of intellect)

we spontaneously do that which is not right for ourselves. "

I've often thought about this especially in regards to Jyotish,

because it occured to me that Jyotish might be able to help us understand

the true Source of our Problems.

In fact, there is this unusual concept in Jyotish called 'Benefic' and 'Malefic' Planets which explains where the source of good and bad, is in our lives.

I was trying to explain this one time, to a client, and I said, something like:

'Your Mars is the problem as it's in the 4th House, and aspects both your home and marriage life. "

The person then said: " But, this is my nature to be this way! "

And I was kind of surprised for a moment, and then, the total, knowledge

of Jyotish flashed in my brain...and I realized....

and then said:

" No, it's not your nature to be that way....

Your nature is pure, unbounded, all possibilities.....and all opportunities...

It's......it's..... your 'condition'...to be that way! "

And that's how we should think of any and all our malefics;

they're just symbolic of what we've come to change, transform...

and improve! "
