Dear Shivakumar:

 

Pay attention to the language of your concern, suffering or 'thing' that you wish was different...

 

Your words say a lot:

 

'person suffering from anxiety and worry and headache...'

 

These words 'suffering' conjures up Saturn, and anxiety and/or worry, remind me of the Moon.... Headache too may be the Moon, for mind, or first House, for brain....

 

The best way to know for sure, is to look at your Chart, and then, a quick glance can shed tremendous light on what's going on.

 

There are 3 primary aspects of Jyotish that we're all living all the time, and any of these 3 can be the most responsible...

 

We should look simultaneously, at your dasas, Transits, and chart!

 

If you send in your date of birth info. and save time by also including your long/lat and rising sign. That'll help.
