Guest guest
Hello Mu, I have finally received the book of Hart De Fouw and Robert E. Svoboda about Light on relationships and directly searched for the interesting chapter about Visha Kanya, which gives different constellations than you gave. Which does not necessarily say that your ideas on discuss, I think. , " MuMin Bey " <mumin_bey> wrote: > This is according to the Sidereal zodiac, please keep this in > mind... Anne replies: The signs and the days of the week are more specifically defined with the Nakshatras, not the western signs you mentioned at page 188- 189 by the traditional authorities according to De Fouw and Svoboda. Besides it makes a difference what combination of the day of the week with the nakshatra the birthchart makes: Visha Kanya for people born on a *Monday VK occurs with moon in Chitra *Tuesday VK occurs with moon in Ashlesha, Shatabisha, Krittika, Vishaka, Mula *Wednesday VK occurs with moon in Danishta *Thursday VK occurs with moon in Jyestha *Friday VK occurs with moon in Purva Ashada *Saturday VK occurs with moon in Ashlesha, Shatabisha, Krittika, Revati *Sunday VK occurs with moon in Ashlesha, Shatabisha, Krittika, Bharani *with saturn in their ascendant, sun in the 5th bhava and mars tenants the ninth bhava. Phew, I am relieved that none of these occasions is to be found in my horoscope. And yes I never destroyes any of my exes ;-) Okay there is also another constellation needed for the poison maiden by Maharshi Parashara, from which you see that the occasions of lunar nakshatras/days of the week are even fewer: Visha Kanya for people born on a *Tuesday when the moon occupies Shatabhisha. *Saturday VK occurs with moon in Krittika, (so notAshlesha, Shatabisha and Revati) *Sunday VK occurs with moon in Ashlesha (so not Shatabisha, Krittika and Bharani) *In an ascendant occupied by a benefic or malefic, both of which occupy the rashi of an enemy. (Others interpret this aphorism to mean that a benific and a malefic must occupy the ascendant and two malefics must appear in the seventh bhava.) Parashara also adds two very important cancellations for Visha Kanya combinations that are too often overlooked. They occur: * When the lord of the seventh bhava occupies his own bhava, as counted either the ascendant or the moon. *When a benefic occupies the seventh bhava, counted from either the ascendant or from the moon. I am curious about your comment :-)about you choosing western signs for the Visha Kanya, because the vedic nakshatras don't cover the western signs completely. For instance if someone has his/her moon in Jyestha (like me) it is only a part of the 30 degrees scorpio and acoording to you it " would not matter if this person was born on a tuesday, sunday or saturday " , when the traditional vedic astrologers would point out that there is only visha kanyha when the person with Jyestha moon is born on a thursday.
