Sun’s Yearly Passage

Through

Sagittarius!

 

The Sun moves through Sagittarius every year during this time. Like the previous months of the Sun moving through

Virgo, Libra and then Scorpio; the Sun’s movement through

Sagittarius has special meanings for all of us.

Where Virgo represented “Perfection”, Libra

“Harmony” and Scorpio represented our

“Convictions”, Sagittarius stands for pure Knowledge and

Wisdom!

As a result, this month is ideal for seeking out and gaining more

knowledge and wisdom for our life. So, whether

we need more knowledge about ourselves or others or how to be more

successful with the World, this month is ideal to gaining that

Wisdom.

All of us have goals and dreams. Where

we have our Benefic Astrological forces we’re already getting those

desires fulfilled and life is sweet. However,

where we have our Malefic or negative forces these represent areas of our

life where we’re in fact, undermining and even sabotaging

ourselves. And the worst part is most of the

time we don’t realize this.

For example let’s say we’ve got a Malefic functioning

Saturn in our charts. Most people do, by the

way. During this time of the year, when Winter

comes for all of the Northern Hemisphere, we may find it especially hard

to live, to function or get our desires fulfilled.

Astrology understands these problems because if our Saturn is

acting weakly or negatively and is classified as a malefic then, the

prediction will be struggling and suffering during Saturn times. This is especially true for most people who are in

any number of Saturn circumstances. Winter is

one such Saturn moment. Another would be a

Saturn dasa period and another still would be Saturn transit

periods.

For example, right now, if you’ve got a malefic functioning

Saturn and you’ve just entered into the Saturn time of the year, and

you’ve been feeling especially rough or lack of self-confidence ever

since Saturn went into the Sign of Leo on November 1st of this

year, then this may be an important Saturn time.

So, during this great Sun in Sagittarius time of Knowledge and

Wisdom, you might want to focus on one of your chief malefics. Or, maybe you might want to learn how to Utilize

some of your Benefices better? Personally, I

like to identify the Astrological flavor I’m presently going

through. For me, I have had a strongly

negative or malefic acting Saturn. As a result

I often found Winter, Saturn times to be especially rough and even

depressive.

Presently, however, I’ve made a lot of progress with my

Saturn but I know from previous experiences that this is still going to be

a strong Saturn time because of the time of the year; being Winter. Also, for me I understand that my Saturn in Leo is

going through my 11th House of gain so that’s an

important ingredient in all my activities of pursuing my 11th

House goals and desires. And finally, I know

that I’m in the Maha Dasa of Saturn.

 

So, for me this is a good time to remind me to study and even

enliven the positive side of Saturn.

 

During the remaining days of Sun in Sagittarius let’s focus

on whatever Knowledge and Wisdom in your Astrology you’d like to

focus on.

 

So look into your experience and see what’s going on. If you’re feeling relatively good and settled

then you may want to focus on enlivening more some of your

Benefices.

However, if any difficult is going on from Mars accidents to Saturn

health challenges, then you may be interested in figuring out which of

your Planets are acting Malefically and what you can do to change that

negativity into a positive!
