There seems to be more saturnian problems in > this hemisphere.> regards> asha>Dear Asha: In the whole World everyone experiences the same Transitsof the Sun, Moon, planets and Constellations. However, in different localities those same Star influences are interpreted differently. Then, add on top of that, in the Southern Hemisphere, because of the different 'tilt' of the Sun, they experience the seasons differently. So, we're in Winter in the Northern Hemisphere and they're in their summer. So, though we both experience the same Transits of the Stars, we bothexperience them differently. For example, Sun moving through Capricorn and Aquarius happens now.For example, today the Sun's at the 19th degree of Capricorn. In the Northern Hemisphere, this corresponds with Winter. But in the South, it's warm and spring like and summer. So, their experience of Sun in Capricorn has much more to do withCapricorn accomplishment and achievement rather then in the Winterwhen this time is dominated by Winter.Hope this helps.
