I understand and appreciate it-yes the starts act on both the people

of southern and northern atmosphere. But do u mean to say if a person

travels from southern hemisphere to northern one-his horoscope is to

be interpreted differently and vice a versa??

 

how would we interpret Saturn in cancer-atleast give a hint and we

can take it from there.
