Guest guest
Hi Mark, Whatever this was I never received it. I've been thinking about what you said about this epiphany you had when you suddenly saw your whole life in your horoscope. I never had that happen to me in one fell swoop, but rather it's been like a progressive revelation over the past 35 years - " Oh THAT'S what that thing in my horoscope refers to! " Also,That's cool. I think it happens both ways. I too had the so growth, but also big spurts hereand there, hehe. PS... I'm re-sending the last email I sent you. Sorry you didn't get, see below. the question of whether you can " undo " your karma or whether the stars incline but do not compel .... the answer is that they compel - at least if you are born with sun-Saturn-Pluto conjunct opposition moon (like I was).My belief and insight is that this is exactly what Astrology is really about...all the ways in which we can possibly learn how to fulfill our desires..and change our bad habits and on and on.... That's why I believe this philosophy of Benefices and Malefics is so important...Anyway, just wanted to touch base again. Sorry I missed your old email.ciaoMark xoxo, Bob HI Bob: Came across this old email today and thought I'd get back with you. Sorry, I missed your original letter. Do you know your Jyotish chart yet? I'd love to talk to you about it sometime. Am finishing my Jyotish book, and want to talk about how people experience the different kinds of Astrology that are out there. I started studying astrology in 1970 when I met a fabulous astrologer in Oakland named Flora Urquhart. She was then 85 years old and had been studying astrology for 60 years, and she really blew my mind - made many predictions far into the (then) future which came true right on the nose. To this day I don't understand how she made some of her most outstanding predictions (I haven't figured out what techniques she was using to pull those dates out). My basic schtick is traditional Greek astrology - I call it " Morin de Villefranche by way of Marc Edmund Jones " Best of luck, Bob Hope you've been fine. Sincerely, Mark Kinciad
