Hi Mark,

 

This is the third time I'm writing to ask about having you again send the first part of your email book, which, when I try to open it, gives me an error message. I am unable to open it.

 

Further, I have yet to receive the jyotish software, for which I sent you the money weeks ago. Please have the courtesy to reply here to my queries.
