How are you! You can order it at this point, directly from me, or follow

It still says 2009 book, but I'll get the paypal.com order and put you down

for those number of books you want.

 

I'm leaving tomorrow for Chicago for a few months to put my recently passed

on Mother's home in order.

 

If you want to send a check send it to my address in Chicago. But, let me

know via. the email here which you're doing. The paypal.com version is the

easiest.

 

You just go to paypal.com. If you don't have an account with them, then just

sign up. It takes just 1-2 minutes. Then, click on " sending money " and when

they ask you who you're sending it to, insert my username:
