I am sorry to say this Venkat but by sex change you sure can become a girl but

you sure cant conceive and deliver babies like those who are born females. The

science might make it possible some day but I dont really see any possibility of

that happening in the near future.

After sex change, if a guy can become a girl but he cannot become pregnant, then

why does the guy change his sex?
