G B Prashant Kumar What Mahadasha and Antaradasha am I running 28/6

Dear Sir,

 

Why is there a time adjustment in 1943? My DOB says I was born at

4:55AM and now some astrologers say that I am running Surya

Mahadasha and Budha antradasha. This is true if you take time as

3:55AM. But if you take my time of birth which is 4:55AM then I am

running Surya Mahadasha and Sukra Antradasha.

 

I am totally confussed which to believe. Kindly clarify.
