By given time of birth gochara of Sani (then ashtama Sani) and Guru (then Guru was in the 10th House) are in agreement of that event (allegations might have crippled you around September 2004, suspended from service before February 2005); however dasa bukthi (Ragu /Venus) never warranted such a penal punishment, hence I opine the correction in your birth time would shift your present mithuna lagna to karkataka lagna to make tally the then events to match your horoscope. Please also bear it in mind based on one sample of your life’s event sometimes may even tantamount to ‘cutting the leg according to shoe’. Maybe you have used a different ayanamsa than me. That is also one of the reasons I have taken up your chart as 3 planets are changing signs.
