KP 4 step method says, you will get a job between 18 Nov 2007 and 13 th Feb

2008.

to learn how you arrived.

I got struck up For manila PM i could not find.I took 125E 35 and

8N50 TZ +8GMT.

Can you tell,What lat long you took and how you proceeded with

analysis.
