Two marriages,, when Venus occupies 1st house in Cancer lagna....why?

Namaste to gurujis,

i read in once artical from astrojyoti.com. . that in Cancer lagna if

Venus sits in first house itself...it gives two marriages..why it is

so? can anyone please give explaination for this?
