Guru in his own Navamsha ie., either Dhanu or Meena Navamsha and must be in Mridvamsha or Gopuramsha and must be aspected by another benefic. As you may know, Mridvamsha is 19th part in Shastyamsha (D-60) chart for odd signs and 42nd part in case of even signs. If the all the above conditions are satisfied, then such a person will have the power of telling the past, present and future ( this is also called Trikala Gyan Yoga). If I remember correctly, this is what I have learnt from " Sarvarta Chintamani " . Learned members may make corrections appropriately to give you the correct definition, if my above understanding is not correct. From fix time I will be blessed by Tri Kaal Drishti as i have already done Tapas for 100 years in the Past lifes and in this birth I am going to get it but on fix timing for upto my half a life time.
