very bad finances

Dear Sir,

 

Since december 2004 my financial condition is very bad. All my

savings are stuck in helping a family member. Till date I have not

got the money back. Due to this I have incured heavy loans which I am

paying monthly. Things have been so bad that certain months, I did

not even have money for food.

 

Could you please let me know when my financial situation will improve

AND how my finances be through out life? Do I need to suffer like

this my whole life?
