As happened with Canada, which was also created by an Act of Union, the TOB of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK) is exactly 12:00 AM. Remi Panisset had purportedly done some work on a chart for France, but he was secretive and didn't say a thing to me when I asked him. So here is 2 likely candidates. First one from my files dating from the revolution, the first republique. I forget where its from unfortunately.
