Selendang Ayu - ECOLOGICAL DISASTER IN ALASKA

On December 7, the

M/V Selendang Ayu reported that they had lost power and were adrift off Unalaska Island. Efforts to tow the vessel failed and it went aground between

Skan Bay and Spray Cape at approximately 6pm, December 8.

I have calculated the transits for December 9, UT 3:00AM,

which is equivalent to December 8, 6:00PM in Alaska. The operational dashas were Ve/Sa/Sa/Ra/Mo.

Natal Venus is closely afflicted by transit Ketu and transit Venus is afflicted

by transit Mars, as they are closely conjunct. The disaster happen when the

afflicted transit Mars, L6, began afflicting natal Mars within 5 degrees orb. Transit

Saturn is very weak as it is in infancy and its dispositor, the Moon, is in the

12th house, “afflicted” by the transit Rahu/Ketu axis. Transit

Mercury, the dispositor of natal Saturn, is combust, in old age and closely

afflicted by natal Mars. Saturn is a cold planet, significator of oil. And all

this happened in Alaska...
