Guest guest
Dear Jorge and List, Using the UK's 1801 chart - (Jpeg can be provided if anyone needs - mail me OFF-lists. Please note this is a Systems Approach analysis). In line with 's previous use of the condition of Venus for weather changes - TR Venus slipped into the 6th House of the UK Virgo chart at 18:30 GMT on the 21st February - just prior to this time, I noticed snow falling here in London - unusual in my opinion for the South of England - considering we are nearly in March! By the night, a thick blanket of Snow had settled here. The UK is currently in Moon-Venus-Saturn MD-AD-PD. TR Venus as mentioned above slipped into the 6th House - where it is under the perfect 5th-aspect of TR Ketu in 2nd/Libra. TR Ketu (on 2nd/1st House border) has just started afflicting NT Venus (in 5th) by a 5* orb. On top of this, TR Venus is now opposite the NT 6th Lord (Saturn in 12th). Saturn being the PD Lord, in the AD of Venus. 8th Lord TR Mars is in 4th, exact conjunct 12th Lord NT Sun - both of then afflicting MEP of 4th House. TR Mars is also afflicting MEPs 7/10/11 - and notably is with its 8th-aspect afflicting TR Moon (MD Lord), who is currently transiting in 11th. NT Mars at 20* in 8th is afflicting TR Moon too - with its 4th-aspect. 6th Lord/PD Lord RX Saturn at 27* Gemini in 10th is still exact conjunct-afflicting NT Moon at 28* Gemini. It will station next month, 2* from exact conjunction with NT Moon. RX 4th Lord Jupiter currently in Lagna (at 24*19 Virgo) continues its exact re-conjunction towards/with NT Ketu (at 22*59 Virgo) - quite a disruptive conjunction for Home/Land/4th affairs. Especially given TR Ketu is about to also join RX Jupiter/NT Ketu in Lagna. TR Lagnesh (Mercury) currently in 6th House (combust with 12th Lord TR Sun too) is now exact on MEP 6 - TR Sun will shortly also be on MEP 6, by say tomorrow/day after. TR True Nodes are set to move to Pisces/Virgo (Rahu and Ketu will move signs at 15:52 GMT, on the 22nd Feb). TR Rahu is already afflicting NT Mercury in 3rd house by < 5* - when it stations for 2 months at 28*49 Pisces, it will be afflicting NT Mercury (at 26*28 Scorpio) intensely. The stellium of three planets (Mercury, Sun, Venus) through the 6th House of the UK chart might be indicative of a problem (6th House) with Foreign relations (Sun being 12th Lord). On the 25th February, the PD changes to Moon-Venus-Mercury - with both TR Venus and TR Mercury still transiting in 6th House... Sateesh. Guest guest
Dear Sateesh, It seems difficult times are coming in general. Attention is needed. In Portugal the weather is also changing, as some rain is finally coming. It has been the driest winter since I remember. Not only is the weather changing…the political forces are also changing. The elections on the last Sunday gave absolute majority to the Socialist Party for the first time since our revolution in April 25, 1974. Even though we are entering on 28 February on Venus bhukti, the next three months will not be easy due to the station of Rahu/Ketu axis on the MEP4/MEP10, closely afflicting all even houses and natal Mercury, L10. It seems the first 100 days of the new government will bring some challenges. Best wishes, Jorge Sateesh Batas [makara] terça-feira, 22 de Fevereiro de 2005 03:58 Samva List Cc: Satva List; Jyotish Group; valist UK - Snow settling - London - Feb 2005 Dear Jorge and List, Using the UK's 1801 chart - (Jpeg can be provided if anyone needs - mail me OFF-lists. Guest guest
Update - today (22nd Feb), much of the UK is suffering due to last night's/today's heavy snows - Road and Rail are particularly disrupted in parts. Sateesh. ======== http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4286181.stm No let-up in Britain's big freeze North Yorkshire saw heavy snowfall on MondaySnow has hit much of the UK but forecasters say the cold snap will get worse later in the week. The heaviest snow overnight fell in the east - particularly East Anglia and northern England - and those areas are expecting more heavy downfalls. Kent will have heavy snow on Tuesday night and by Thursday East Anglia and the south east face serious travel disruption due to snow and ice. Snow is due in east Scotland but Northern Ireland could escape. Blizzards in Scotland, particularly on high ground, forced the closure of more than 30 schools in Aberdeenshire on Monday. The Pennines and Cheviots are expected to be the worst affected areas this week, with up to 10cm of snow predicted and treacherous conditions expected on Wednesday and Thursday. A Met Office spokesman said temperatures will be below zero in the worst affected areas, making driving dangerous due to icy roads. In pictures: Snow hits the UK "Forecasters are keenly watching developments through this week, with a real possibility of some significant snow in the south," he added. While eastern Scotland is expecting some snow showers, Northern Ireland is forecast only occasional flurries of sleet and snow over the next few days. But severe weather warnings remain in place across most of the UK. The Highways Agency has told drivers to be extra vigilant and to delay journeys if bad weather persists. Many of the country's roads have been clogged up by weather-related accidents. And traffic problems on the M6 in Staffordshire were made worse when a lorry carrying liquid carbon dioxide crashed and exploded on Monday night. One driver was killed, around 100 motorists were evacuated from their cars and four people were taken to hospital. Police have not said if the accident was weather-related. The snow showers have claimed the life of a 20 year-old man in Cramlington, Northumberland, in a sledging accident. Mark Young, of Ashington, Northumberland, suffered neck and back injuries in the accident on Sunday night. He was taken to Wansbeck General Hospital but was pronounced dead. The late winter cold snap is due to high pressures over Scandinavia and northern Europe and low pressures to the west of the UK, causing temperatures to plunge. It has come as a shock to those who assumed the worst of the winter was over - particularly as last month was the warmest January for 15 years.
