Guest guest Posted April 2, 2005 Report Share Posted April 2, 2005 Dear Jorge and list: Begging your indulgence, but I have checked out some important dates in the Pope's life: 13 April 1929-death of Mother (running MO/VE); 5 Dec. 1932 -death of elder brother (running MA/SA); 18 Feb. 1941 -death of father (running RA/JU); 16 Oct. 1978-elected Pope (running SA/VE); 13 May 1981 -shot (running SA/SU). The only event that makes sense to me from a transit perspective is the 13 May 1981 shooting incident whereby he was under very protective transits. The other events do not make transit sense to me. The dasha/bhukti correspondences semm to. Would you be so kind as to amplify what you believe are the transit influences in the events named above, with the exception of the shooting? Transit Venus (dispositor Mars badly placed and extremely weak in rashi and exactly afflicted by natal Rahu in transit) Natal Saturn, natal dispositor badly placed in rashi and extremely weak in transit. Transit Saturn, transit dispositor exactly afflicted by natal Rahu/Ketu axis. 5 Dec. 1932 - death of elder brother, MA/SA/SA Natal Mars, badly placed and extremely weak. Transit Mars, closely afflicted by transit Rahu/Ketu axis and with transit dispositor closely afflicted by Mercury. Natal Saturn, natal dispositor badly placed in rashi and afflicted in transit. Transit Saturn strong. 18 Feb. 1941 - death of father, RA/JU/KE Natal Rahu afflicted by Mercury. Transit Rahu badly placed. Natal Jupiter, weak dispositor. Transit Jupiter, weak dispositor in rashi. Coming over from the Western side, what is truly a huge leap for me is the concept, in Triple Transit, of the natal planets afflicting the transit planets.
