Some of the events/facts used in the rectification:

TOB: 11:30:16 GMT = 12:00:00 LMT

The Peace of Westphalia recognized the sovereign

independence of the members of the Swiss Confederation on February 8, 1649. Napoleonic troops

occupied Switzerland between April 12, 1798 and March 10, 1803, and set up the Helvetic Republic. The Congress of

Vienna in 1815 guaranteed Switzerland’s

independence and neutrality. The current Federal constitution went into effect

on November

21, 1848,

and was further revised in 1874 and 1999.

....

This right ended in 1848 when the Swiss Constitution

of September

12, 1848

reserved the right of issue to the Confederation.

http://www.globalfindata.com/frameset.php3?location=/gh/321.html

The Confederation of 1848:

For Switzerland, the year 1848, the

" year of revolutions " , was one of the happiest in its history. Yet

another new Constitution provided the country with an appropriate way of life

as a liberal and democratic Confederation, with a two-chamber Parliament modeled

on that of the United States and consisting of a National Council (Nationalrat)

and a Cantonal Council (Kantonsrat).

hi Jorge

I was going thru the Switzerland chart and came across an anomaly.

The Asc is 15:28 Cap (the centre of 1H)

while Jupiter 00:19 Leo (an FM)

is shown in 8H when it should really be in 7H.

(not trying to nit-pick ... just learning the ropes)

please revert.

ciao

Dear Iver,

Jupiter in H8 is correct, as each rashi

The Peace of Westphalia

recognized the sovereign independence of the members of the Swiss Confederation

on February 8, 1649. Napoleonic troops occupied Switzerland between April 12,

1798 and March 10, 1803, and set up the Helvetic Republic. The Congress of

Vienna in 1815 guaranteed Switzerland’s independence and neutrality. The

current Federal constitution went into effect on November 21, 1848, and was

further revised in 1874 and 1999.

....

This right ended in 1848

when the Swiss Constitution of September 12, 1848 reserved the right of issue

to the Confederation.

The Confederation of 1848:

For Switzerland, the year

1848, the " year of revolutions " , was one of the happiest in its

history. Yet another new Constitution provided the country with an appropriate

way of life as a liberal and democratic Confederation, with a two-chamber Parliament

modeled on that of the United States and consisting of a National Council

(Nationalrat) and a Cantonal Council (Kantonsrat).
