NASA prepares

for another try at shuttle launch

Storms forecast for

Sunday afternoon could cause second delay

Sunday, July

2, 2006; Posted: 7:33 a.m. EDT (11:33 GMT)

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Florida

(CNN) -- NASA began fueling the space shuttle Discovery early Sunday morning in preparation for

a planned afternoon launch, but weather threatened to delay the liftoff for a

second day.

Shortly before 7 a.m., NASA reported showers offshore, and predicted a 70 percent chance that

thunderstorms would prevent a launch.

The possibility of thunderstorms and lightning near the

launch pad postponed the liftoff of the shuttle Saturday afternoon.

Discovery and its crew of six Americans and a German were

scheduled to lift off from Kennedy Space Center at 3:49 p.m. Saturday ET. The launch was called off at 3:41.

" Steve, sorry to break your string. We're not going to make it

today, " mission control told STS-121 Commander Steve Lindsey. (Watch

" It wasn't our time today, " Lindsey replied. " We'll launch when we're ready and, hopefully, tomorrow will look

better. "

Sunday's launch is scheduled for 3:26 p.m. NASA can keep trying until

July 19.

This launch would be only the second shuttle flight since Columbia disintegrated during

re-entry in 2003, killing all seven astronauts on board.

Transit Venus is weak and afflicted,

afflicting exactly MEP7 and MEP1.

Transit Saturn is exactly afflicted

by natal Rahu/Ketu axis.

Transit/natal Moon is afflicted by transit

Ketu.

Transit/natal mercury is afflicted

by transit Rahu.

Transit Sun is badly placed and is over

natal Jupiter/Sun, being aspected by

retrograde transit Jupiter (both are FMPs in D6).

If it happens today, the time is not

auspicious. It should be avoided/ postponed.

Dear Mr. Angelino,

Yes. The chart for the scheduled time of launch is challenging as well.

Due to inclement weather, there is a good chance of postponement. This

would be a blessing in disguise.

Best Wishes,

Arun
