Dear List,

I am in a fix and need a help.

My brother has posed a question that when his marks will be corrected by the IGNOU authorities as they have been entered wrong while actual marks are more. Authorities in lucknow have not given any clear reply and he is very tense.

He has posed a question to me, he has asked that ' will marks be corrected , if yes , when"?. My problem is that i am not able to decide that what houses to be see for the solution of the querry.

In my view should i see 4-9-11-7.Because 4-education, 9-higher education and exams, 11- desire to get +ve result, 7 - authorities who have to correct down the marks.

dear Anurodh,

after erecting a 1 to 249 horary horoscope, see if the 4th sublord is

strong significator of 11th. also the 11th sublord should be

connected with 4th or 11th or 1st cusp.

if the sublord or the starlord of the sublord is retrograde the

answer is negative. if the sublord is connected with saturn, only 25%

increase in marks.
