That means both the conditions should be satisfied simultanously. I personally think if formula is correct and data input is right then answer should come correct as we used to do in maths and physics. with due respect to you, i also feel that much more is needed to be done in TSP . by the way can u let us know the logic behind the formulae given by Dr.Kar ?
