Time used for analysis: 11-Dec-2007 [5:30:0]

Saturn's effect is considered for analysis.

ASC lords are Ma-Su-Ra-Ra

MOON lords are Ju-Ke-Ju-Su

Rule - 1:

SS lord of Asc SS lord is Me.

Su, Ju, Sa are agents of Ke.

Sa is an agent of Ra.

Rule NOT Satisfied.

Rule - 2:

Star lord of Asc SS lord is Ra.

Sa is an agent of Ra.

Su, Ju, Sa are agents of Ke.

Rule SATISFIED.

Rule - 3:

Star lord of SS lord of Asc SS lord is Me.

Su, Ju, Sa are agents of Ke.

Sa is an agent of Ra.

Rule NOT Satisfied.

But Ke, the MOON starlord, is an agent of SATURN, thus negating the expected

Hence according to TSP, the answer is YES.
