SK-KPH-Will Fed Cut 50 Basis Points on 04/30/08

Since this is also a speculative question I wanted to consider 5th

cusp sublord.

The wide consensus is that FED will cut 25 basis points to get the

existing rate to 2%.

WHatever the decision this will probably strengthen the rupee more and

should be good

for the indian stocks of conventional variety (whose earnings are not

connected to global trade).

 

5th Cusp SubLord Observed per 4 Step.

But here only 6th looks like the strongest significator, and even

though the first 2 steps are not considered they have strong 5,12

signification indicating negation.

you could also use cuspal sublord of 3, as this is a news based query.

if 3rd csl is sig. of 3 and 11, the news is true.

if 3rd csl is jupiter - its true

if 3rd csl is saturn - its false.

if 3rd csl is mars - its mischief.
