Dear Ultra Stream,

 

Regarding the posting of adverts probably the moderator should have

something to say I am not sure about that.

 

But regarding Amibroker, or for that matter any such products like

Metastock or Tradestation you may feel the strategies are giving good

results ( custom or standard strategies).

 

But one thing which we all miss is try to compare those results with

a buy and hold strategy over the same period of time which you have

backtested and you will be astonished that the strategy results

barely break even with the simple buy and hold strategy.

 

This has been observed and proven by many markets statisticians and

research phd's.

PS; Its a good software which is ecomonically priced at some 250 odd

dollars and also there is no charge for data feed.()
