you are not applying 4 step theory properly.

5 th cuspal sub signify as follows

saturn:9

star lord-ketu-9(sign lord-moon-4)

ketu's star-mercury-6-10-11

sub:jupiter---------

star lord-sun-5

so saturn signify 6-10-11 on first two level whereas

signify 5 on 3-4 steps.

so initially market will be up but will close red or slide at end.
