Guest guest
" aandi yoppa naamam " may also mean Sivan as sivan was once cursed to be a begger: Sivannandi got from Sivan + andi. Here in Tamilnadu, many people who seek arms, if they wear a rudraksh and kavi (Saffron) cloth is called as andi pandaram. So think in this way too, along with murugam, murugu, kandan, kandasamy. palaniandi etc. Dhinakar Rajaram Iyer , v subhashini <subha_tec wrote: > > Could be possibly and at times they also mention as mal alagu....I guess this also refers to lord murugan. > > --- On Thu, 19/6/08, Sesh Krish <kseshadri_2000 wrote: > > Sesh Krish <kseshadri_2000 > Re: Translation needed > > Thursday, 19 June, 2008, 8:47 AM > > > > Name similar to Kandan, Skandan? > > --- On Wed, 6/18/08, Swamy Mani <swamy200888@ > wrote: > > Swamy Mani <swamy200888@ > > Re: Translation needed > > Wednesday, June 18, 2008, 9:42 PM > > > > Hai, > It is Lord Murugan. > --- On Fri, 6/13/08, v subhashini <subha_tec > wrote: > > v subhashini <subha_tec > > Translation needed > > Friday, June 13, 2008, 7:33 AM > > > Could any one tell what is the meaning for > > " aandi yoppa naamam - what name does it refer to? > > Thanks in Advance! > Shuba > > > Bollywood, fun, friendship, sports and more.
