dear sir, While watching a horoscope many things have to taken into consideration.. only the debiliation does not matters.. aspects and combinations matter too... and lot more pthings hidden in these four houses.. laalkitab and vedic have different concepts.. eg in laalkitab it is said that if mars is in 12th house then rahu chup rahega and ketu shubh hoga.. in same way rahu with guru in second house will be silent and will not effect bad.. a more example of rahu is rahu in 2nd with moon cause the horo as dharmi tewa and no planet will do anything bad.. much more things that cannot be explained here... lastly in vedic also if a mars is not placed good but guru has aspect over it then mars will not do much bad... this is very complex science... you will learn it slowly....
