I am stuck with the same job for the last 7 years with no progress in career. I am unable to save what I earn. I am currently living in Silicon Valley USA, San Jose. My mind if full of thoughts but thoughts just remain thoughts/dreams. Can you please suggest what I should do. Some have advised me to were a Pearl in silver, some suggest to wear a Neelam or Pukhraj.
