Guest guest
Dear Prof.Choudhry, Namasthe.Thank you very much for this timely forewarning. Warm Regards Sankara - siha SAMVA Wednesday, September 26, 2007 9:14 AM Stock Markets Hello list members, The sub prime housing loans problem in US markets is causing concerns for a prolonged economic slow down which is likely to result in global setbacks for markets. Astrologically, the situation seems to be of some concerns in October, 2007, and is likely to start looking up after middle of November, 2007. Best wishes. Guest guest
Dear , Thank you for this clear prediction. The conjunction of Saturn and Ketu is the main story in October, but I presume you mention also the sub-prime housing loans due to the conjunction of transit Venus (natally as L4 of fixed assets in H6 of financial stability in SAMVA USA chart) with transit L8 Saturn and FM Ketu at around 10° - 12° Leo H2 from the 7th to the 20th of October. These events are seen very well in the SAMVA USA chart. The sub-prime crisis came to light in early 2007 when a stationary Ketu in H2 afflicted natal L4 Venus in H6 and transit Rahu in H8 MEP afflicted H12 (of losses) H4 (of fixed assets) and H2 (of assets). The natal potential for problems to do with fixed assets is seen due to the bad placement of L4 in house having to do with financial (in)stability as well as the conjunction of natal Ketu on the H4 MEP. Best wishes, Thor SAMVA , <siha wrote: > > > Hello list members, > > The sub prime housing loans problem in US markets is causing concerns for a prolonged economic slow down which is likely to result in global setbacks for markets. Guest guest
Hello dear Mr. Thor, Prolonged stay of Mars in Gemini is likely to help reality estate matters including sub prime issue and reality stocks. The Saturn-Ketu conjunction is likely to give wide fluctuations in crude oil and related products/services. Best wishes. - " cosmologer " <cosmologer <SAMVA > Thursday, September 27, 2007 7:23 PM Re: Stock Markets Dear , Thank you for this clear prediction. Guest guest
Dear , Thanks for the answer. For clarification, would the transit of Mars through Gemini be expected to have a good influence on real estate matters in a general sense - that is for most parts of the world? By comparison, when this placement is considered in terms of the SAMVA USA chart, where the sub-prime lending mess originated and where problems are now spreading in the housing market in general, would the placement of L10 Mars in Gemini H12 not be considered to weaken any indications of Mars? Guest guest
Greenspan Sees Greater Chances of a U.S. Recession (Update1) By Jennifer Ryan and Brian Swint Sept. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan said the probability that a recession will hit the U.S. is higher now than a few months ago. ``The danger of recession has obviously risen,'' Greenspan said in an interview on the BBC Radio 4 today. He said the odds were ``less than 50-50.'' In March he said the odds were about one in three. A U.S. housing slump is crimping expansion in the world's largest economy. Home prices plunged by the most since 1970 last month and former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers also said there is nearly an even chance that the economy will fall into recession for the first time in six years. Greenspan ``is right in pointing to the risks of a U.S. recession,'' Matthew Sharratt, an economist at Bank of America Corp. ``The longer the housing market needs to correct, there's a greater probability that we may see some of the uncertainty feeding through into the labor market. The clear risk that consumption may soften is a worry for the U.S.'' The Fed, which Greenspan left in January 2006, cut the benchmark interest rate by half a percentage point on Sept. 18 after rising defaults on U.S. subprime mortgages sparked a global credit crunch. Greenspan said today that the effects of a housing slump in the U.K. would be very similar to what is happening in the U.S. Wealth Effect ``Both of our economies have consumer markets in part driven by the wealth effect,'' he said in the radio interview. ``The wealth effect would be significantly reduced and consumption expenditures would ease.'' Still, Greenspan said he still isn't certain that the U.S. or U.K. economies will contract. ``I'm not forecasting that we're about to get a significant recession in the U.S. or the U.K.,'' Greenspan said. ``All you can basically know is whether the probabilities are increasing or decreasing.'' Greenspan, who is on a visit to the U.K. to promote his book, ``The Age of Turbulence,'' said he will meet with Prime Minister Gordon Brown in the next two days. Greenspan said he has kept up contact with Brown by e-mail in his position as an unpaid adviser to the British premier. Guest guest
Hello my dear Thor, I gave my observation in general based on the zodiac placements. In US chart the 10th lord in 12th in transit is a weak situation. Best wishes. - " cosmologer " <cosmologer <SAMVA > Thursday, September 27, 2007 11:31 PM Re: Stock Markets Dear , Thanks for the answer. Guest guest
Hi, I was worndering if anyone would want to take a look at the stock market crash of Black Monday, the name given to Monday, October 19, 1987, when the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) dropped by 508 points to 1739 ... and/or Black Monday (October 28th, 1929) when the market crashed leading to depression. These two events are very severe, and an analysis of these could give direct clue to what affects the markets. I would have done the analysis myself, but I am not good at taking so many aspects into account. And I believe aspects of Nepture etc,, need to be considered, and again both western and eastern. In any case a look at them should be interesting. Regards, K.Seshadri
Guest guest
Dear friends, The prediction by on September 26, 2007, has been proved correct. " The sub prime housing loans problem in US markets is causing concerns for a prolonged economic slow down which is likely to result in global setbacks for markets. Astrologically, the situation seems to be of some concerns in October, 2007, and is likely to start looking up after middle of November, 2007. " Indeed, the housing loan problems in the USA became the headline story during this time. It is quite remarkable that when the difficult transit influence from October to mid Novermber 2007 ended, the global financial markets began to clam down. Congratulations to our dear ! Best wishes, Thor
