Dear Sumanth,

 

Venus in eight and (if I remember correctly) lording Navamsa Lagna is

straight combination for this.

Nodes indicate forceps, Mangal caesarian on Navamsa Lg.

 

Guru deb in D9 is bad because its Pakesh. Venus as Varesh and 12L is

wellplaced with exalted Buddha, Buddha is in good tatkalik with both of

lagneshes so the health will improve. Lagnesh always must be strengthed

to fight any battle (or disease) - Saravali.

The problem is not the premature birth but the afflictions in the chart. Many children are born prematurely and do very well. A month premature is not unusual.

 

The lagna is gandanta and as you said, Jupiter is neecha in the navamsa and therefore cannot give his full protection. There is a Sarpa yoga to the lagna and Jupiter as well. Jupiter is also lord of A8. The lagna lord is in the 5th house in A8 and there is a parivartna beween Mars and Jupiter. Mars the LL and 6L is aspected by Rahu and also by the badhakesh.

 

The child was born in Sun/Saturn/Jupiter/Saturn. The Sun is karaka for the health and the lagna and he does aspect the lagna but the vaara lord is Venus and dispositor of this Sun is placed in the 8th house, conjoined the 8th lord. There is a problem here with Agni, the digestive fire.

 

Saturn is the Antara and he is in the AL and also aspecting the lord of the AL. In my opinion the AL has a lot to do with health matters and it is the arudha of the lagna after all. Saturn is also the karaka for disease and here he is aspected by the Sun and Rahu and that weak Jupiter and he occupies the badhakasthana. He is in the nakshatra of the Mercury the 8th lord and he is the lord of the 22nd drekkana.

 

His placement in the 9th house is not auspicious for the native and we have another malefic in the 5th. This is a bandana yoga for the lagna, although Mars is the LL and should modify this.

 

In addition, this Saturn aspects the 6th house and this is a real problem in my opinion. The 6th is surrounded by papa grahas and also aspected by the nodes and I see a major issue with the digestion and the capacity to absorb mother's milk. There is a digestive fire problem and indeed there may be a liver problem too.

 

We might expect a Samana vayu and Pachaka pitta problem... in ayurvedic terms.

 

Saturn is in the lagna in D-6 and D-30, a MKS for Saturn, and is blocking the flow of prana. The Sun is lord of the 6th house in D-6 and Saturn is in the 1st.

 

The Sthira Paryaya dasa of Aq is active in D-6 and it is the 12th house with Jupiter, the LL placed there. The antara is Cn, the 6th from Aq and it is very afflicted by the nodes and its lord is gone to the 8th from the lagna. The Moon of course rules and is the karaka for milk and mother. It's placement in the 8th house here is problematic... a MKS for the Moon. There may be a problem bonding as well and the rasi should be examined further for this. AL and A4 are in 6/8. Doesn't every Scorpio lagna have some problem with this... with Saturn and Rahu ruling the 4th and the Moon being the badhakesha?

 

The vaara lord is lord of the 8th in D-6 and neecha in the 7th and again we see a problem with the karaka for health and let me tell you that health is simply a matter of strong digestion. Agni is the solar energy and the vaara lord becomes very important in health matters.

 

Is the child feeding properly? I suspect not at all.

Dear visti,

Here is a case of premature birth.

If we look at adhan teaching, from the chart Lagna lord Mras is placed in Invisible half showing less than 273 days intrautreun life .

But Mars as lagna lord has exchange with Jupiter

So simple interpretation should be child should have stayed in side womb for more than 273 days.

Can you expalin Why child is born premature?

I think answer may lie in Adhan chakra, but calculation of Lagna degree in Adhan chakra is unclear to me.

Any guidelines.I mean rider, exception etc here.

As I had explained in the same lecture, the method of ascertaining

premature delivery is different, because the method I taught so far can

only show birth 30 days prior or 30 days after the nine month period.

 

So we need to use different principles to ascertain birth after

seven months, and that too we should be able to define birth 30 days

prior or after the seven month period.

 

Here they are:

i) There must be some balarishta yoga of some sorts.

In this chart Lagna is in Moola Gandanta justifying some

balarishta. There is Sarpa yoga.

ii) Venus must have the strongest influence on the eighth house.

Here the eighth house is occupied by Mercury and Venus. Mercury

is in own sign, but being the lord and joined Venus, Venus will

dominate.

iii) Navamsa lagna must be in first/seventh from Venus.

This last point is used for rectification

 

Now you can use the adhana chakra principles, but instead of 273

days (27.3x10) as the spectrum for analysis, we will use 27.3x8 = 218.4

days for the base span of pregnancy.

 

Ascertaining the length.

- Now see that lagnesh is indicating birth AFTER 218 days due to

Parivartana.

 

Fine-tuning the day

- The Saturn-Gulika correction indicates a three day difference, i.e.

after 221 days the child was born. This is about 16th October 2006.

 

Chandra Rasi

- The moon must be in kendra to natal moon, so we will select the

closest dual sign on 19th of October 2006.

Lagna

- Lagna at birth is Scorpio, so at Adhana it must be Taurus.

Hora

- Birth was during nighttime, so adhana must have day-forces stronger.

Taurus is a night sign and thus Moons hora will have day-forces

stronger.

Lagna degree

- At birth the span of night at birth was 9hrs, 53 minutes and birth

was 1hr, 19 minutes after sunset. This indicates a fraction of 13% of

night passed. So similarly the lagna will be 13% of the Moons hora in

Taurus lagna. This is 3:59:48 degrees of Taurus lagna.
