Kaltra sapa is affliction of Venus by 2 or more malefics and that gives problems in marriage/ relationships. The effect of this lasts during Moola dasa of malefic involved, in your case Saturn, but not throughout. You can remedy the same as suggested. I just listed few things that need to considered while I answering your questions. The point number 1 is the key point that needs to be taken care of, others like kuja dosha would have lost most of its significance by now. Please focus on remedies for point 1. There is no danger to your ex-spouse. I am sure all charts have all the malefics and they do affect some part(s) of the life. So I will urge you not to get disheartened and move on.
