Dear Visti, Thank you for clarifying, I was wondering if the malefics (2 or more including rahu) happen to be either ak/amk/bk, then does it change something? I personally have my fifth lord jupiter afflicted by rahu(ak), shani(amk) and mars(bk) but even during rahu dasa rahu AD i did not have any kind of hallucinations either visual or auditory. Though i did get affected by acute cronic depression (which I think was also because of a sade sati that was running) but I did not have any hallucinatinos. The rasi is not enough to verify such problems, otherwise a lot more of

such incidents would appear. But the Rasi is a good start - just as you

have pointed out, whereas the Trimsamsa (d30) is supposed to show

whether its a real mental disease or otherwise. On the latter i have

only limited information, but was instructed to observe the same in

cases of severe mental problems.

Is the eighth lord involved with your fifth house/lord? If not we

cannot say there is any disease as such to begin with.

Besides prasna marga teachings (5H and 8H) Jataka Parijata advises to

check Jupiter and forth bhava for hapiness. This may be crucial for

disorders as well.

Is the eighth lord involved with your fifth house/lord? If not we

cannot say there is any disease as such to begin with.

hallucinatinos. So was wondering if the malefics become the first three

CKs then does it change something?

information. So would the fifth lord's association with rahu and

another malefic(shani/mars) be sufficient reason for someone to

have problems of schizophrenic nature, like hearing voices and sights

And if malefics are in trines to moon or AK that can

Dear Pratosh, Namaskar.

Please do not make it a habbit to write in capitols as it will be

interpreted as shouting.

Moon is Mana-karaka only, and the strength of the other planets does

not speak of the mind as one can have a great career or finances, but

still lack happiness or suffer from mental problems. So Moon is the

focus for the mind, and everything else are just excuses for the mind

to be happy or sad.

 

Here the Moon itself is the most important as it gathers impressions

from the world around us, through which it decides what it likes or

not. The working of the mind is seen from the fourth house, where we

see the minds pre-disposition due to experiences of childhood... i.e.

based on what its experienced - how is the mind affected.

Mantra is the most important. Mana traya iti mantra. The mantra

protects the mind, and this is seen from the fifth house - second from

the fourth. A weakness here shows the persons mind is unprotected and

the person cannot control the impressions they receive from the world.

In worst case this can make the person hear voices, or even see things

which are not real... This extreme requires a malefic association of

Rahu and one more malefic on the fifth lord, and further a similar

problem with Jupiter.
