This is the clear case of my previous post with kalasarpa yoga where people would predict material succes, and as I stated this Yoga gives only in general POTENTIALITY as you stated. Mangal and Guru break the Yoga, however, due to the strength of the Sun and Guru atmakaraka, Bhoga or material direction cannot function in this chart well, so much money is not promised.Chandra is too weak to give him the money, so only shukra can help. The remedy would be SIVA JYOTIRLINGA MANTRA FOR AK GURU in 9th house> Om Namah Shivaya Omkaraya Om Om Sah. My Guru told me not once that Guru as ak in 1st or 9th house will disrespect the Gurus. He also stated that Ak in 9th house will also do so, since a person will behave as a Guru himself. Now, what can be done. in Such a case 9th lord should support Guru or bhatrukaraka so that a person makes such decisions which will help him see his/her fault.If Ak is other planet and is placed in 9th house, only Guru can help and remedy such situation. Guru should be in 12th house unafflicted and uninfluenced and not in any of the 4 sambhanda (parivartana, juti, bad dristi etc), or other good positions.If Guru is afflicted in such case (Curse or affliction), there will surely be displeasure of Gurus due to the native's character, as in the chart you gave. My Guru also taught that Malefic Ak in 5th 9th and Lagna can be good for spirituality, however, what I am writting here also stands true, and Karaka has to decide. If Karaka is afflicted, than these bad results will be there. Unfortunatelly, in your chart Guru is in such position and is in Gandanta. Therefore, it will badly damage children as a result of this (most likely you don't have children at the first glance), and your Kalasarpa Yoga destroys your income, profession additionally as well as children. You already do it, however, it is necessary to stick to the Jyotirling of Omkar, since this name will bring back the light. Om Namah Shivaya Omkaraya Om Om Sah. This is the mantra. However, I have to warn you. This Mantra cannot help you in your income, but will save your soul! For income You should do Mahavidya Sadhana of Bhuvaneshvari. For a start, start doing the following mantra on manday. Om Hrim Bhuvanesvari Namah, and wear a nice pearl. Moon has to become nice and strong.Forget about Mars which gives you abilities in work, siddha Yoga, since it cannot help you. Nothing can help you in this matter except " the mother " ... all other remedies you are doing are very fine.
