My Opinion:

 

Rahu in 8H Being 8L and 11L your wish can be fulfilled only by Partners Help. In other words you can't work individually even if you have Plan for Success Because 8H is 2nd from 7H Means Opponents Possession. Shows Loss of 9H matter too.
