misunderstood the mail. It is indeed justifiable as the nods afflict

third from AL also.

Dear All

Well as the chopper crashed in dense forests at around 915 AM to 945 AM

yesterday morning(02nd Sep , Near Kurnool), all the crew including the chief

minister have been killed. He was a very popular chief minister and was famous

for many development works esp for agricultural sector. What caused his untimely

death ? Who would take his lineage fwd and who would benefit from his death(Just

as in case of Rajiv Gandhi - PV NarasimhaRao) ?

Shoudlnt we be using Utpanna as Moon is in 11th ? It then comes to be Me->Me->Ra

all afflicting 3rd from AL.(Me is also rudra in the chart)

Namaste Visti,

Yes Rahu-ketu my mistake.

However this raises another question. Recently YSR won an astounding victory in the elections in AP. Congress got 33 seats from AP which no one expected. He was probably the best performance among most Congress leaders.

His rahu-ketu is on from 2008 end. How could be get such a wonderful win in Ketu AD - that too in a general election?

If we use dwisaptati then he was in Rahu/Jup when he won, which can still make sense as Jup is deb but retro in 10th from AL.

Please give your opinion on this.

Dear Visti,

Namaskar.

Now that YSR is no more, we can read his chart critically.

Rahu, Ketu combination has no doubt proved lethal in his case. BPHS says

particularly of Ketu AD in Rahu MD, as giver of injury. From AL too, Rahu is in

12th and Ketu aspects from 6th house, again unfavourable.

But Visti, I am not frankly still convinced that this is a death like

combination. If the chart had been seen prior to his accident,hardly any jyotish

would have predicted these as marankarak situation.

The planets in transit too donot speak of a death type situation, except that

activity is suggested in 12th house.

What is your opinion on this?

Dear Rajarshi and Pavan, Namaskar.

We should apply the Utpanna variation when Moon is in the 3rd or 8th

house. Even if such a variation is applicable, whilst it will be more

accurate for some milestones in life, we are always able to see the

'bigger picture' using the regular Vimshottari from the Moon.

Having Rajayoga and leaving this world during the same Dasa/antara is

very much possible in practice. It implies that the grahas which are

giving rajayoga are also the death giving Grahas. If we look at Ketu

antaradasa, Ketu is not yuti any grahas but gets the direct dristi of

Jupiter, hence will give the results of the Vipareet Rajayoga occuring

in Capricorn. Jupiter is furthermore the Marakesh and also has many

other death-giving indications (check shoola dasa, etc) which can take

him out of this world once he attains his rajayoga. We can perform the

same analysis on the Mahadasa and see that Rahu is giving Jupiters

results as well.

Dear P.N., Namaskar.

If we are to analyse Vimshottari Dasa then we can say that Rahu is a

dire Maraka in its Mahadasa, and Ketu AD being in Maraka Sthana from

the Mahadasa both confirm death like situation. Using Navatara Chakra

and other principles we can confirm the function of the Mahadasa and

need just finetune the antaradasa, but no astrologer in this tradition

would make a final conclusion without analysing atleast Shoola Dasa. I

can indeed confirm this event using the same.

Now that YSR is no more, we can read his chart critically.

Rahu, Ketu combination has no doubt proved lethal in his case. BPHS

says particularly of Ketu AD in Rahu MD, as giver of injury. From AL

too, Rahu is in 12th and Ketu aspects from 6th house, again

unfavourable.

But Visti, I am not frankly still convinced that this is a death like

combination. If the chart had been seen prior to his accident,hardly

any jyotish would have predicted these as marankarak situation.

The planets in transit too donot speak of a death type situation,

except that activity is suggested in 12th house.

What is your opinion on this?
