Narayana Dasa of D6 shows *Enemies, Health & Litigation*. So D6 certainly is the D-Chart to look at. Besides D6, D30 shows internal miseries/troubles/turmoil related to disease. Say, some period may be capable of giving death, but the native may escape death due to some reasons (like proportionating, or transit influences and God's grace). But, he may experiance serious illness. Not every maraka period causes Death, but most of maraka periods cause problems regarding to health. Shoola dasa shows major sufferings, serious illnesses and chronic problems. Narayana dasa of D-6 and Narayana dasa of rasi chart show common/simple illnesses. In some charts, I found excellent correlations of cancer, ulcers etc in D-30 Narayana dasa also, though those are not really supposed to be related to D-30.
