Dear Gauranga,

Retrogression generally means the opposite of what the sign indicates.

However, results will be different from debility. I will elaborate on this

later. See the chart of Ramakrishna Paramhamsa as an example of saturn in

exaltation (high ideals) and retrogression (debilitated living standards of

a Sanyasi...renounces everything).
