Guest guest
Pranaam Sanjay, I read the other mail in which you addressed this. > Jaya Jagannath > Dear Narasimha, > You are off the mark this time. My suggestions are well within the > limits/usage given for the Dasa. Next time I'll write on this. (1) You said: As regards the " one-third " part, the clue lies in " 96 Years " . That " 96 years " first made me think that you were talking about 2/3rd mark within the 72-108 range. This made me wonder if you were saying that shoola dasa is applicable for short and middle lives and the first two-thirds of the long life category. But I ruled it out because you said NS dasa with 108 years is applicable in " one-third " cases. If shoola dasa is applicable for 0-96 and NS dasa above it, it is not 1/3, but (108-96)/108=1/9. This means that NS dasa is applicable in 1/9 charts. Because you said that NS dasa works in " one-third " of charts, I then presumed that you were suggesting the normal shoola dasa to be applicable for 0-72 and NS dasa for 72-108 (one-third of 108). (2) If you suggest that shoola dasa is applicable for 0-36, 36-72, 72-84 and 84-96 and niryana shoola dasa for 96-108, I have my reservations. Parasara did not put any conditions and gave prominence to NS dasa. He said strong killer houses kill the native in their NS dasa. If it is applicable only to natives with longevity between 96 and 108 years, then it is applicable to very very few people (1/9 cases assuming an even distribution of longevity between 0 and 108 years). Moreover, death comes in the last 2 dasas when it is applicable (only 2 dasas come in 96-108 range). So you have a dasa in which only the last 2 dasas kill. It does not make much sense to me.
