Guest guest
Jaya Jagannath!! Answer to Question #6: Rahu causes widowhood provided Jupiter, the significator for husband, is weak in a female's chart. In the given case, Upapada(UL) is in Cancer in the 8th house. The Lord Moon, who is also the Darakaraka, is afflicted by Rahu (as Rahu has conjoined Moon in Pisces in the 4th house). Further, Rahu is the 8th Lord from UL and is also having Graha Dristi on UL. Saturn, who is also the Co-lord of 8th from UL, is sitting in the second house to UL . However, Saturn is having parivartan with Sun as they have exchanged their signs. Hence, they will give each other's results. Jupiter is weak being debilitated. It is further weakened being associated with Saturn ( due to parivartan). Hence, widowhood is definitely indicated. However, it will take place after a reasonable period of marriage as Sun in 2nd from UL (due to parivartan) is good for the sustainance of the marriage. Planets associated with the 8th house in the Navamsa chart act as Marak for the spouse (7th house). During the Vimsottri Dasa of such planet(s), the native is likely to get distanced from the spouse. In the given case, Venus is the 8th Lord and Mars is posited in the 8th house. Hence, during Venus Dasa - Mars/Rahu Antardasa, the spouse would have died (which happens to be the 46-50th year of age of the native). Rahu being in 3rd from Jupiter (significator of husband) indicates a painful/horrible/accidental death. VRY is predicted after the death of the husband as 3rd Lord Rahu conjoined 6th Lord Moon in a Kendra in 4th house and aspecting the Lagna and the AK (Mercury). Om Tat Sat. Best Wishes.
