Any research with janma vighati graha is futile if birthtime is even slightly inaccurate or suntime time is slightly inaccurate or ayanamsa is slightly inaccurate. Ardha nadi graha of lagna has the same issue. But, ardha nadi grahas of various planets should be safe. They don't require an accurate birthtime or sunrise time. They only require an accurate ayanamsa.
